In the event of the resident’s non-conformance of all terms & conditions, the accommodation agreement will be terminated immediately and guests will be required to leave the property on request.
Access to property from owners
During your stay we may need access to the property for various reasons, mainly maintenance issues . We reserve the right to access the property at any reasonable time during the booking but will endeavor to notify you prior to each visit where possible.
Check in is after 14:30hrs Check out is until 11.00hrs, unless otherwise agreed with the owners on confirmation of booking. Later check out might be possible; however this may incur an extra charge.
Cancellation of Booking
All deposits for bookings are non-refundable. In the event that you would like to cancel your booking, please put your cancellation in writing to us via email or via fax on 00356 21559905.
Damages within the Property
Guests will be held accountable and must pay for any damages, breakages or loss of items incurred.Please notify us as soon as possible of any damages so that we may limit the cost and be able to replace any items.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are in Euro. For confirmation of booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Payments can be done by mailing us a cheque with the amount stipulated at time of booking. For addresses and further information, please visit our Contact Us section.
If we do not receive your deposit within five (5) working days, your provisional booking will be lost. We also accept deposits for bookings via credit card. We accept VISA and Mastercard. There are no extra fees incurred when payments are done by credit card. Payments can also be done via internet banking. If clients prefer so, this has to be done before arrival as online banking transactions always take from 2-5 days to get through.
Once we receive your deposit, you will be notified that your booking has been confirmed either by SMS or via e-mail. Balance is usually paid during accommodation, either by credit card or in Euro cash.
Excessive noise & Unsuitable Conduct
Please be respectful to your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. We reserve the right to evict troublesome and noisy guests staying in any of our houses. In the event of unsuitable conduct causing disturbance to other residents, the accommodation agreement will be terminated immediately and guests will be required to leave the property on request.
It is important that you have your own personal insurance.
You will not be covered against loss or damage to personal items or injury to yourselves and any of your party members.
